Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. It applies to this website, to anything we build, and to anything hosted on infrastructure we manage. It exists so that our systems stay lawful, stable and safe for everyone using them.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use our services, or anything we build or host for you, to:

• Break any Indian law, or the law of the country your users are in.
• Run gambling, betting, lottery or unlicensed financial schemes where these are not lawfully permitted and licensed.
• Operate fraud, phishing, fake investment or advance-fee schemes, or impersonate a person, brand or government body.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers or cracking tools.
• Host or distribute pirated software, films, music, books, courses or any content you have no right to distribute.
• Publish child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors, in any form.
• Publish content that incites violence, terrorism or hatred against a person or group.
• Send bulk unsolicited messages, emails or calls, or evade platform anti-spam controls.
• Scrape, harvest or resell personal data without a lawful basis and consent.
• Attack, probe or overload any network, service or account without written authorisation from its owner.
• Bypass licensing, DRM, paywalls or rate limits belonging to someone else.

2. Work we decline

Some projects we simply will not take, regardless of budget: anything in the prohibited list above, systems designed to deceive users about what they are paying for, tools whose main purpose is harassment or surveillance of individuals without their knowledge, and any product whose business model depends on breaking another platform's terms of service. Declining is not a negotiation.

3. Fair use of shared resources

On shared hosting plans, applications must not consume resources in a way that degrades service for others — runaway processes, uncontrolled crawlers, unindexed heavy queries, or storing large media archives unrelated to the site. If usage becomes a problem we will tell you and suggest a larger plan before taking any action.

4. Security responsibilities

You must keep credentials confidential, use strong unique passwords, enable multi-factor authentication where available, and tell us promptly if you suspect an account has been compromised. Do not share production credentials over unencrypted chat. Do not run unreviewed third-party plugins or code on systems we maintain without telling us.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected abuse to ishanits31@gmail.com with as much detail as you can give. We investigate every credible report.

Where a breach is found, our response is proportionate: a warning and a fix deadline for minor issues; suspension of the affected service for serious or repeated issues; immediate termination without refund, and disclosure to the authorities where required by law, for anything involving illegal content, fraud or attacks on third parties.

6. Changes

This policy is updated as threats and regulations evolve. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the current version.
